No Return Policy

Raya does not offer returns on any products.

·       All purchases are final once the order is delivered.

·       Refunds are not applicable except where legally required.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges can only be requested under the following conditions:

·       Request must be made within 3 days of delivery.

·       Exchange is applicable only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

·       Exchange can only be processed if the product is available in stock.

·       Customers must provide:

o   An unboxing video

o   Clear product photos

o   Order details

Products must be:

·       Unused

·       Unworn

·       In original packaging

·       In resellable condition

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following products are not eligible for exchange:

·       Used products

·       Damaged products caused by customer misuse

·       Customized or personalized jewellery

·       Earrings for hygiene reasons

·       Sale or clearance products

Exchange Approval

Raya reserves the right to:

·       Reject exchange requests that do not meet policy requirements

·       Request additional evidence before approval

·       Decline exchanges without unboxing videos

Approved replacement products will be shipped within 5–7 business days.
